Lauren Camilli is the the Vice President, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Blumont/International Relief & Development (IRD).
Lauren is responsible for all ethics and compliance policies and systems. This includes preventing and detecting criminal and ethical misconduct and coordinating investigations; acting as a key liaison to donor compliance representatives; management of employee awareness and education on ethics and compliance responsibilities; reporting to the Board of Directors; management of the internal audit department; management of the Applied Learning Unit for monitoring and evaluation; documenting management and retention policies and procedures; and oversight of the Enterprise Risk Management program.
Prior to joining Blumont/IRD, Lauren was the Director, Global Compliance Programs at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where she led a team in deploying CSC’s Ethics and Compliance programs to 75,000 employees located in over 60 countries. Before joining CSC, Lauren held in-house counsel roles focused on ethics & compliance at three large international Aerospace & Defense companies, including Intelsat, BAE Systems and DRS Technologies. Lauren started her legal career in private practice where she was an Associate at the law firm of Odin, Feldman & Pittleman in Fairfax, Virginia. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University.
