Act with Integrity
Acting with Integrity is at the core of everything we do. Members of our team are expected to do what’s right—treat people with respect and dignity, use resources efficiently and effectively, and speak up if something is wrong.
Our work is conducted in line with applicable laws, client requirements, industry standards, and Blumont policies. Every Blumont team member is guided by our Code of Business Ethics and Conduct. We are accountable to the communities we work with, the people we work for, and one another.
The Blumont Hotline
Blumont takes concerns and allegations of wrongdoing seriously, whether raised by employees, partners, contractors, donors, or the communities we serve. If there is a possible problem, we want to know because we want to make it right. The Blumont Hotline (www.BlumontHotline.com) was established to help us better understand concerns.
Reports or questions can be submitted via online form, email, or phone:
- Online: On www.BlumontHotline.com, select the relevant country and complete the form.
- Email: Send your information to Hotline@Blumont.org
- Phone: On www.BlumontHotline.com, select the relevant country. If available, a phone number for reports is provided.
The Hotline is managed by our Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, who reports to Blumont’s Board of Directors. Reports can be made without fear of retaliation, and anyone using the Hotline has the option to remain anonymous.
