Anshikka is responsible for overseeing the proposal development process at Blumont, ensuring the delivery of high-quality proposals that effectively meet the needs of clients and donors.

With over 11 years of experience in business development within the international development sector, she has held key positions at IBTCI, Childfund International, and Kantar Public. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, system and process development, proposal development, capacity building, and team management.

Anshikka holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Affairs from George Mason University.
