Program Manager and Country Representative, Yemen

Since joining Blumont in 2010, Ashwaq has managed humanitarian projects; conducted monitoring and evaluation efforts; and implemented protection programming, including cash-based assistance efforts. She previously worked with the National Democratic Institute as an accountant and program assistant on anti-corruption and civil society capacity building projects.

Ashwaq holds a bachelor’s from Sana’a University and a three-year diploma in management of non-governmental organizations.
