Belma serves as the Program Director overseeing the management of two camps in northeast Syria. Her responsibilities include coordinating with partners, organizing camp-wide distributions, and maintaining facilities and services. Throughout her career, Belma has demonstrated expertise in program implementation, operations, staff management, budgeting, and external relations, with a strong focus on socially responsible projects. Skilled in negotiation and stakeholder management, she has successfully overseen projects exceeding $200 million across seven countries, navigating challenging contexts in places such as Libya and Iraq. As a humanitarian, she has effectively planned assistance programs, coordinated activities, and promoted social cohesion to foster unity among communities. Belma is committed to maintaining ethical and sustainable practices to achieve organizational excellence. She holds a Bachelor's degree in business management.
