Carla Clemons

Director, Strategic Integration

Carla leads the alignment of Blumont's operations, culture, programs, and personnel across global entities, ensuring seamless integration in line with the organization’s mission and values. With over two decades of experience in project and operations management; field finance; contracts and grants administration; and internal audit, she plays a pivotal role in strategic planning, compliance, and change management.

Before joining Blumont in 2018, Carla held senior leadership roles at the U.S. Department of State’s Iraq Reconstruction Management Office and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy.

Carla earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting, and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.
