Caroline Haddad-Ayoub
Country Director, Jordan
Caroline oversees Blumont operations in Jordan, providing strategic leadership across current programming and new business outreach. She has worked in development for more than 20 years, with extensive experience in program management and expertise in Micro, Small and Medium-Size Enterprise development and competitiveness.
Caroline is experienced in supporting the formulation of policy, strategies, and programs to accelerate private sector development and public-private partnerships. She has led large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs across Jordan, Iraq, and Syria, cultivating strong partnerships with donors such as USAID, GIZ, UNHCR, AFD, SRTF, and the EU. Prior to joining Blumont, she worked with Al Jidara Management Consultants and has held various positions in USAID-funded projects.
Caroline holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Jordan. She is certified in Executive Education from the Harvard Business School as part of the International Women’s Forum Fellows Program. She also completed INSEAD’s Advanced Management and Leadership Program through the International Women’s Forum Fellows Executive Education track.
