Kendra Davenport is President and CEO of Easterseals, a nonprofit organization leading the way to full equity, inclusion, and access through life-changing disability and community services. She previously served as Chief Development Officer for Operation Smile, a global nonprofit specializing in cleft surgery and care, and has worked with the Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation, Africare, The Arc, and Goodwill Industries.

With more than 30 years’ experience in the nonprofit sector, Ms. Davenport has implemented myriad initiatives to drive organizational growth and effect change. She has extensive management experience, having managed multichannel global philanthropy and communications portfolios, served as president of a small nonprofit, and served as a philanthropy and communications consultant to several nonprofit and proprietary organizations.

She holds a Master of Policy Leadership from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration in communications from Chestnut Hill College.
