Paige Shannon

General Counsel/Compliance and Ethics Officer

Before joining Blumont, Paige served as Compliance Officer and Corporate Counsel for Advanced Technology International, a non-profit organization working to lessen the burden on the federal government by organizing and supporting consortia dedicated to innovation and research and development in support of the Department of Defense, NASA, National Science Foundation, and other government entities. She was previously Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Risk and Compliance for Kforce, Inc., a large, publicly traded professional services company.

Paige holds a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University.
