Ronni Goldfarb

Ronni Goldfarb founded Equal Access International (EAI) in 2000 and served as President & CEO until January 2018. She then served as an EAI Board Director through 2025. Under Ms. Goldfarb’s leadership, EAI developed its mission and unique people-centered methodology for catalyzing social change for millions of the most marginalized people across the developing world. EAI grew from a single program to reach more than 200 million people across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, with more than 75 million active/regular listeners and viewers and more than 100,000 participants in interactive community activities and digital platforms.

Before EAI, Ms. Goldfarb led communications initiatives for Fortune 500 Corporations and UN Agencies. In 2010, Ms. Goldfarb was appointed as a Commissioner on Education to the National Commission to UNESCO.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from SUNY Buffalo and studied Cultural Anthropology at New York University, and Media at NYU Film School and the School of Visual Arts. Ms. Goldfarb was a Global Social Benefit Institute Fellow at the Santa Clara University Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship, focusing on hybrid social ventures that attract impact investment.
