Sarah Ness
Deputy Chief of Party, Essential Services in Syria
Sarah has more than 10 years of experience in program design, implementation, operations, and management. She previously served as the Deputy Chief of Party for the Syria Essential Services II (SESII) program. Prior to joining the SES II program team in 2016, Sarah was a Program Manager for Blumont, supporting programs in Pakistan, Cambodia, Swaziland, and Syria.
Before joining Blumont, Sarah served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Liberia and worked as a water and wastewater engineer in Baltimore. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of South Florida and a bachelor’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Maryland.
