Stephanie Fenner

Director, Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning

Stephanie guides the design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) activities across the Blumont portfolio. She brings over a decade of experience in MEL on international development projects and specializes in comprehensive MEL frameworks that drive strategic decision-making and enhance program effectiveness.

Stephanie previously managed MEL efforts on the $195M USAID INVEST initiative. She has also contributed to the design and implementation of ten impact and performance evaluations of USAID natural resource management programs in Africa and Latin America.

Stephanie has a M.A. in International Development and Social Change from Clark University and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
