Susan is a seasoned human resources professional with more than 20 years of experience leading HR strategic operations, talent acquisition, leadership development, benefits, compensation, and other employee life cycle functions.  She gained significant experience in the nonprofit, corporate, and municipal government sectors. Susan has an affinity for nonprofit and community work and has served in leadership roles at the International Justice Mission, National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, YMCA of Central Florida, and the State of Florida Department of Children & Families.

Susan earned a Master of Education degree in Counseling and Personnel Services and a Bachelor of Science degree in Guidance and Counseling, both from the University of Louisville.
