Zahid Khan
Director, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning, Iraq & Syria
Zahid Khan joined Blumont in July 2023 as a Director for Monitoring Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) providing leadership to Blumont’s programs in Iraq and Syria in terms of enhancing program quality, accountability, transparency, and fostering learning across the programs.
Zahid has 16 years of diverse experience of working in the humanitarian and development sectors in East Africa, the Middle East, and South Asia in the fields of program quality assurance, monitoring, evaluation, accountability, strategic planning, research, program design/management, reporting, M&E system design, training, manual development, and performance management. He has worked with different INGOs including Mercy Corps, Danish Refugee Council, Trocaire (Irish AID), Catholic Relief Services, and Save the Children International.
Zahid holds an M.Sc. Honor’s degree in rural development in addition to a Master’s degree in computer sciences. He is a certified Project Management professional with an advanced level Pro D course.
