Zuri Linetsky, PhD

Director, Monitoring and Evaluation

Zuri coordinates with Blumont teams around the world to track program performance, inform programmatic design, and assess the impact of all Blumont programs.

Zuri brings 10 years of experience to Blumont, having led monitoring and evaluation efforts for international development projects in across Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Specializing in qualitative research designs for complex and conflict-affected areas, he has developed tailored research methodologies for a range of U.S. government and international donors.

Prior to joining Blumont, Zuri served as chief of party for the MEL Bridge Activity in Abuja, Nigeria, and interim director for monitoring evaluation, research, and learning and DevTech Systems. Zuri began his career working in Egypt and South Sudan. He holds a PhD in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, an MA from the University of Chicago, and a BA from the University of Florida. He is fluent in Russian and Hebrew, and has a working knowledge of Arabic, French, and Spanish.
