A Year of Momentum: Generating Safety, Opportunity, and Hope
In 2021, we reached more than 2.9 million people around the world through activities that provided relief, supported recovery, and created a more resilient future. Our teams prioritized actions tailored to meet evolving local needs, ranging from humanitarian assistance to economic development. We worked with communities to help people move forward—adapting to new situations; taking on challenges; building a foundation for progress. As an organization, we continued to build as well. We expanded our work with partners and new donors while instilling our organizational values into all we do. Taken together, 2021 was a year of generating safety, hope, opportunity, and a momentum that drives us forward.
