Blumont was invited to participate in a conference focusing on victims of displacement and transitional justice in El Salvador and Colombia. At the conference Blumont served as an advisor and supporter to the Colombian government on the implementation of victim reparations and victim participation. Blumont was the only NGO invited to the conference.
